ABOUT US
The Preceptors’ Peace Council is a dedicated initiative of PxITBS, committed to advancing global peace through rigorous analysis, preparedness, and independent threat assessment.
While not a government-mandated authority, the Council operates with the procedural rigor and structural discipline characteristic of a parliamentary body, providing guidance, analysis, and recommendations on issues of regional and global significance.
Our mission is to deliver unbiased insights and actionable intelligence, grounded in open-source data, historical case studies, and advanced probability modeling.
Operating with the highest standards of integrity and objectivity, the Council undertakes comprehensive investigations and monitoring of emerging risks that have the potential to impact civil stability and public safety. We engage with diverse stakeholders across sectors to foster informed decision-making and proactive responses to evolving challenges.
Our mandate encompasses early-stage risk assessments, facilitating stakeholder dialogue, and targeted issue monitoring, grounded in the conviction that durable peace emerges when foresight is matched by decisive action.
The Council functions as a catalyst for societal resilience through rigorous research, diplomatic engagement, and proactive collaboration. Through transparent, research-based approaches, the Preceptors’ Peace Council strives to support peaceful outcomes and contribute to a safer, more resilient world.
We do not seek to supplant formal institutions, but rather to complement them stepping into spaces where silence, delay, or oversight could carry profound consequences.

We are now recruiting independent analysts, aviation experts, and data operatives.
