You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build visually engaging, intuitive, and scalable web experiences.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Scalable Design Creation:Design and implement scalable user interfaces that maintain functionality and performance across devices and screen sizes.
Develop design systems and reusable components that ensure consistency and ease of scalability.
User-Centered Research & Analysis:Conduct user research, including persona development and task analysis, to understand target audience needs.
Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions focused on growth and scalability.
Wireframing, Prototyping, & Testing:Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that outline site architecture and functionality.
Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and iteratively improve scalability and user engagement.
Responsive & Interactive Design:Develop responsive designs that adapt smoothly to different screen resolutions and devices.
Ensure visual elements are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with technical capabilities.
Provide guidance on implementing scalable design systems and ensuring design integrity throughout the development process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on scalable and responsive web applications.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and knowledge of prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing scalable website designs and a track record of creating design systems.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
Experience in creating design systems and managing reusable UI components.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and scalability.
