Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Typing & Formatting: Accurately type and format stories, screenplays, song lyrics, and other creative content in English and Devanagari scripts.
   Ensure all documents adhere to industry-standard formatting guidelines for film and music production.
   

2. Record Maintenance: Maintain an organized electronic database of all documents.
   Regularly update and backup files to ensure data security and accessibility.
   

3. Coordination with Creative Teams: Collaborate with writers, directors, and music composers to finalize documents.
   Make edits and revisions based on feedback from the creative teams.
   

4. Quality Assurance: Proofread typed content for grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors in both scripts. Verify that all content aligns with project requirements.
   

5. Support for Production Planning: Provide timely access to required documents to assist in pre-production, filming, and music video shoots. Ensure scripts and lyrics are readily available during rehearsals and shooting schedules.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of atleast 2 years as a typist or similar role.

• Proficiency in typing in English with a minimum speed of [insert WPM] words per minute.

• Proficiency in typing in Devanagari script is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material.
