Requirements

  • Skill required: Team Management/Sales/Closing 

  • Designation: Team Leader - M1 Level Management   

  • Job Location: Noida

  • Qualifications: Any Graduation  

  • Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience in team handling in an outbound sales process.


What are we looking for?

A TL would be required to be proactive and is needed to be aware of the followings:

  • Handling the team effectively

  • Calling data dialing strategy with changes as and when required. 

  • Data spooling, churning, checking the duplicates etc 

  •  Data analysis with regards to contactability, penetration and conversion. 

  • Deep knowledge about People management and attrition control. 

  • Client management and reports management

  • Ability to drive the team of 30 agents  

  • Practical knowledge about the workings and functionality of  both progressive and predictive dialers

  • Knowledge about formulas pertaining to shrinkage, attrition, etc.


Roles and Responsibility

  • Team Leader - Span of Control – 20 Agents

  • Ownership to Deliver Sales and Revenue Targets assigned to the process/ Team. 

  • Keeping in view the Quality and Productivity indicators. 

  • Data Management in terms of maximum utilization. 

  • Timely Tracking of Follow ups/Hot Leads and further converting them into Sales. 

  • People Management and Training. 

  • Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule. 

  • Call monitoring, coaching and feedback to the agents. 

  •  Responsible for motivating the team to achieve the desired targets. 

  • Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same. 

  • Maintaining reports on team’s performance and laying down the strategies to bridge the gap.

  • Attrition, Shrinkage Control and Roster Management. 

  • Maintain a healthy and positive work environment in the team
