Qualifications: Any Graduation
Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience in team handling in an outbound sales process.
What are we looking for?
A TL would be required to be proactive and is needed to be aware of the followings:
Handling the team effectively
Calling data dialing strategy with changes as and when required.
Data spooling, churning, checking the duplicates etc
Data analysis with regards to contactability, penetration and conversion.
Deep knowledge about People management and attrition control.
Client management and reports management
Ability to drive the team of 30 agents
Practical knowledge about the workings and functionality of both progressive and predictive dialers
Knowledge about formulas pertaining to shrinkage, attrition, etc.
Roles and Responsibility
Team Leader - Span of Control – 20 Agents
Ownership to Deliver Sales and Revenue Targets assigned to the process/ Team.
Keeping in view the Quality and Productivity indicators.
Data Management in terms of maximum utilization.
Timely Tracking of Follow ups/Hot Leads and further converting them into Sales.
People Management and Training.
Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
Call monitoring, coaching and feedback to the agents.
Responsible for motivating the team to achieve the desired targets.
Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.
Maintaining reports on team’s performance and laying down the strategies to bridge the gap.
Attrition, Shrinkage Control and Roster Management.
Maintain a healthy and positive work environment in the team
