Role Overview

The Strategic Partner — Doctrine & Systems serves as the architect and custodian of PxITBS’s doctrinal and systemic framework. This role blends strategic vision, operational governance, and doctrinal design, ensuring that every PxITBS vertical operates under unified, scalable principles of sovereignty and structure. You will lead the architecture of systems that sustain expansion, not through bureaucracy, but through governance design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement PxITBS’s organizational doctrines and operational blueprints.

• Lead cross-division integration between People, Policy, and Systems frameworks.

• Design the governance architecture for new verticals, alliances, or expansions.

• Collaborate with the Managing Partner and GCDS on doctrine formation, systemic reviews, and long-term scaling.

• Draft or ratify Doctrine Accords for strategic or structural initiatives.

• Evaluate institutional resilience, continuity, and doctrinal integrity.

• Represent PxITBS in internal and external forums requiring doctrinal or structural leadership.

About the Grand Council of Doctrine & Strategy (GCDS)

The GCDS is PxITBS’s apex advisory and governance body, a chamber of strategic signatories who define and oversee the organization’s global doctrine, systems, and direction. Every Strategic Partner operates as a Council Signatory, governing a vertical of doctrine through structure, strategy, and vision.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, governance, or system design.

• Proven leadership in building or restructuring large-scale organizations, startups, or policy frameworks.

• Strong grasp of organizational theory, systemic governance, or macro-strategic design.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-domain reasoning skills.

• Alignment with PxITBS’s philosophy of doctrine-driven leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in policy, law, strategic consulting, or institutional management.

• Demonstrated ability to design frameworks that unify teams, systems, and values.

• Experience in founding, advising, or governing mission-driven enterprises.

• Exposure to global governance, cross-border operations, or doctrine-based organizations.

• Able to operate within sovereign-style or doctrine-based organizational frameworks, where alignment outweighs hierarchy.

Compensation & Structure

• Annual Package: ₹85 LPA (activated post 3-month vetting covenant).

• Vetting Phase: 3-month mutual assessment period for doctrinal alignment.

• Revenue-based Participation: Eligible for percentage-based revenue share from verticals led or governed.

• Signatory Appointment: Not employment; recognition as a doctrinal partner within PxITBS.
