The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. This role involves developing hiring strategies, interviewing candidates, and working closely with department heads to fulfill talent needs across various functions and industries. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing and hiring top talent, team leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce plans.

  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing training to enhance team capabilities.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, with a focus on quality and speed.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and design tailored recruitment plans.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Interviewing and Selection: Lead interviews for key positions and guide the selection process, ensuring candidates meet both skill requirements and cultural fit criteria.

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire), providing regular reports to leadership and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand, attract top talent, and increase awareness through various initiatives.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and best practices, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within recruitment operations to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role overseeing a team of recruiters.

  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in hiring and interviewing candidates across various industries, including but not limited to IT, BPO, sales, marketing, and engineering.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards). Experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday) is preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
