Job Summary:

Renvoi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager with expertise in IT hiring to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, from software developers to senior technical leadership positions. As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategies, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent, aligned with client requirements and market trends.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various IT roles such as developers, engineers, project managers, and more.

  • Client Management: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through successful placements.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment targets.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to identify talent gaps and proactively source potential candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to management and clients.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to optimize sourcing channels.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions, including senior-level roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
