Hiensight is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify and engage potential clients globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of legal and tax finance services, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients across various industries and regions, focusing on those requiring legal and tax finance services.
    Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  2. Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique requirements and challenges.
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  3. Sales Strategy Development:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with Hiensight’s growth objectives.
    Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall business development strategy.

  4. Proposal Development:Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Hiensight’s value proposition and service offerings.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.

  5. Networking and Representation:Represent Hiensight at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    Establish and nurture partnerships with industry associations, organizations, and influencers to expand the client base.

  6. Market Intelligence:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
    Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and potential areas for service development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the legal or financial services sector.

  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of legal and tax finance services, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business opportunities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required for client meetings and industry events.
