Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. App Development & Maintenance:Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
   Ensure apps are optimized for maximum speed, performance, and scalability across different devices and OS versions.
   

2. Cross-Platform Development:Utilize cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native, or develop natively in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android) based on project needs.
   Write reusable code to enable cross-platform compatibility while maintaining native performance.
   

3. API Integration & Backend Coordination:Integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs to enable real-time data updates and efficient data handling.
   Collaborate with backend developers to optimize data flow and ensure seamless functionality.
   

4. User Interface & Experience (UI/UX):Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
   Implement features focused on user engagement and retention, ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience.
   

5. Quality Assurance & Testing:Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests, to ensure app stability and performance.
   Continuously monitor app performance, gather user feedback, and address any bugs or issues promptly.
   

6. Scalability & Optimization:Focus on app scalability, ensuring that the architecture supports increased user demand and high volumes of data.
   Implement best practices for memory management, battery efficiency, and data usage, optimizing app performance on all devices.
   

7. Documentation & Version Control:Maintain detailed documentation of code, application processes, and workflows for collaboration and future reference.
   Use version control systems like Git to manage codebases effectively in a team environment.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience developing and scaling mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Proficiency in native app development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).

• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams.

• Experience with version control (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD practices for mobile development.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud services (Firebase, AWS, or Azure) and third-party libraries.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
