Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Scrape, gather, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. 

• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform statistical analysis and visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships in data. 

• Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models, leveraging advanced algorithms to address specific business needs. 

• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency. 

• AI & Machine Learning Deployment: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance. 

• Business Insights & Reporting: Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and AI, continuously improving skill sets and exploring new methodologies. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role in an IT or related industry. 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. 

• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks). 

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
