The Client Relationship Officer will play a key role in nurturing and managing client relationships, from initial inquiries through to successful site visits and beyond. This individual will be responsible for assisting with lead generation, vetting prospective clients, and coordinating site visits, all while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should be personable, organized, and has a strong interest in real estate.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management & Vetting:Respond to new inquiries and assist in qualifying potential clients based on their requirements and budget.
    Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information tracking.

  2. Client Coordination & Communication:Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients, ensuring all logistics are smoothly handled.
    Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing property information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the process.

  3. Site Visit Preparation:Prepare all necessary arrangements for site visits, including coordinating with the sales team and ensuring properties are presentable.
    Provide clients with property details and assist them with any on-site questions or requests.

  4. Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and regular updates on property listings.
    Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the buying process, ensuring a positive experience.

  5. Market Knowledge & Reporting:Stay updated on market trends, new property listings, and competitor offerings.
    Prepare regular reports on lead status, site visit outcomes, and client feedback for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of local real estate markets.

  • Previous experience conducting property tours or site visits.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
