The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the travel industry. This role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, pitching customized corporate travel programs, and building long-term business relationships.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:Identify potential corporate clients and develop a robust lead generation pipeline.
Conduct targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
Pitch & Presentation:Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase Travagon’s corporate travel programs.
Customize proposals based on clients’ travel needs, highlighting cost-saving benefits, convenience, and exclusive services.
Relationship Building:Establish and nurture relationships with HR managers, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Contract Management:Negotiate terms and close agreements that meet both Travagon’s and clients’ expectations.
Oversee contract creation, ensuring terms align with Travagon’s policies and revenue goals.
Market Research & Strategy Development:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within corporate travel.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
Reporting & Analysis:Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and deal progress.
Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest adjustments to the pitch or sales strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities.
Familiarity with corporate travel policies and travel management solutions.
A network within the corporate travel or HR sector is a plus.
